A former bank building in Failsworth will be converted into residential flats and shared office space following council approval.

Oldham Council approved developer Obinna Mezi's plans to transform the former NatWest branch at 794 Oldham Road in Failsworth into nine one-bedroom apartments and a co-working lounge with four desks, after the bank closed in October 2024 and the building stood vacant for over three months.
