North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un threatened 'tactical nuclear strikes' against America and South Korea during a rocket launch on Saturday featuring his daughter Ju-ae, testing twelve 600mm-caliber rocket launchers with alleged 100% accuracy that can reach targets within 420 km including U.S. bases in Pyeongtaek, Osan, and Gunsan.
